Tips for using SP Self Hypnosis

If  Self Hypnosis is new to you – it can be like exercising a muscle you’ve never really used. Awkward and unsure at first – but with practice, you build ‘muscle memory’ and you can go into the state anytime.

Using the Subliminal technique in SP Self Hypnosis

The subliminal is a way to confirm the issue the SuperConsconcious was working on is done,

You raise your arm at a 90% angle, and affirm that you are giving up control of this arm ( for the duration of the self hypnosis session) to your Higher Mind Guidance and Superconscious

Use your triggers to go through Peace, Deep and High

As it is no longer ‘you’ who is holding up this arm, there will be no strain – in fact if you try consciously to push it down – you will be unable to (unless you emerge yourself from self hypnosis)

Now just wait until the arm drops – that is the signal the work has been done
